Refunds & Cancellation

A plain-language summary of how billing works for our subscription products, including Hardset.

Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe. Prices exclude any taxes that apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You keep full access until that period ends, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds

• We don’t refund partial billing periods, including when you cancel partway through a month.
• Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Moving up charges the prorated difference. Moving down turns the difference into account credit applied to future invoices. It isn’t paid out as a cash refund.
